Interior Design

Over the past 30 years I have worked extensively in Ireland and abroad and provided all levels of service from discrete re-styling commissions to full scale construction, restoration and renovation works.

The brief for this coastal property was to update the decoration but also to rearrange the structure to include a bedroom downstairs. The Client’s love Danish design so I stuck to using shades of white on the walls, carpentry and pastels for the furniture…

I was asked to re-decorated this lovely old house to include the pieces of brown furniture which were collected over the years. The sitting room wooden floors were v. dark so I had these limed I wanted the scheme to draw the eye to the wonderful garden.

I have been gradually upgrading this spacious house over time. The scale of the rooms has allowed us to introduce great furniture and accessories, lending character and homeliness without crowding the spaces. Much of the furniture in this room was commissioned from Irish craftsmen.
